An order of the Minister of National Defence No. 46/MON on specific mode of organisation and operation of cryptographic chancelleries of 24 December 2013 (MND Journal of Laws of 30.12.2013, item 401) was published, providing legal framework for the protection of cryptographic materials in the Ministry of National Defence and the organisational units subordinate to or supervised by the Minister of National Defence. The order in question supersedes the order of the Minister of National Defence No. 58/MON on detailed mode of organisation and operation of cryptographic chancelleries of 22 December 2011 (MND Journal of Laws No. 25 of 31.12.2011) Decision of the Minister of National Defence No. 402/MON on the activity of the Military Courier Service of the Republic of Poland of 21 December 2012 (MND Journal of Laws, item 463 of 31.12.2012) was published, providing legal framework for the activity of the Military Courier Service of the Republic of Poland covering posting, accepting, transport, release and protection of materials containing classified information.
